Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our kits contain specialized chemical treatments , we adhere to the following policy:

1. Returns on Unopened Kits

  • You may return any unopened and unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

  • The safety seal on the C-Bond NanoShield box must be intact.

2. Opened or Used Products

  • Due to the nature of a specialized chemical glass treatment and potential contamination, we cannot accept returns on kits with broken seals or bottles that have been partially used.

  • If you encounter an issue during application, please contact us our our FAQ page—we are happy to provide technical guidance to help you get the best results.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your kit arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking bottle or a broken squeegee), please take a photo and contact us at support@nanogoglass within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

4. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email support@nanogoglass.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
